Happy Birthday Grandpa!

Emma and Noah love birthdays! Even if the person having one doesn't think it's a big deal they do! When they heard that we would visit grandpa on his birthday they immediately started planning. They made their own party hats to wear and banner to hang. They made picture presents and wrapped them in party paper. Grandpa had a good time!

Italian Cafe

Well we did it again, another great family weekend! We created a restaurant in our kitchen and handmade all of the ingredients for dinner! We decided on spaghetti so we read a book called Noodles From Scratch and it had a recipe in the back,
so we made our own noodles.
While the noodles were sitting to dry, we made meatballs and sauce.
The kids helped chop the ingredients for brushcetta and set the table with candles and fancy flatware. Then mom and Emma created a menu to order from.
